Meet the Program Director, Owner

Dear River Valley Community,

I am thrilled to introduce myself as the Program Director and owner of River Valley Daycare. My name is Mandeep Kaur, and I look forward to becoming a part of this vibrant and welcoming community.

​

With a strong foundation in education and a passion for early childhood development, I bring both experience and enthusiasm to this role. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, which allows me to incorporate creativity into our programs, fostering an engaging and imaginative learning environment for children.

​

Additionally, I have earned a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, equipping me with expertise in child development, curriculum design, and effective teaching methods. My goal is to ensure that River Valley Daycare provides a nurturing and enriching space where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.

For the past 24 years, I have been deeply committed to the field of early childhood education, recognizing its profound impact on a child’s growth and development. My focus has always been on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging space where children can flourish and reach their full potential.

As the Program Director, I am dedicated to ensuring our daycare operates with efficiency and organization. I believe that a well-structured environment plays a vital role in providing a positive and enriching experience for both children and their families.
